Ahh, our little family has grown so much lately! With our business growing at an astonishing rate (thank you, customers!!!) we've had to hire new people and move into a bigger space.
So, what's new? First off, we'd like to welcome some new people to our team... We're very happy to welcome Kristian Bell and Rachel Ying to the CruzerLite family!
Kristian brings with him over 9 years of clothing design and manufacturing to the business. He'll be the fellow in charge of making sure that any t-shirt orders you place are printed to the most exacting of specifications on our brand spanking new t-shirt printer. He'll also QC the clothing and prepare it for shipment to you!
Rachel is our new go-to person in our Support Department. She's going to be working with Patrick to answer your support tickets, take your phone calls, and make sure that you have the very best customer service experience possible. If you have any concerns or compliments, she's the lady that you want to talk to!
Along with our remarkable growth in business and staff, we're also run into a few problems. The first is that our t-shirt printer busted. And by busted, we mean... done. It decided to give up the ghost and went out in a spray of ink. Since we have had orders coming in like nuts, we needed a new printer... badly. Joel and Kristian took a road trip down to Florida and bought us a brand new fancy-schmancy super state of the art direct injection turbo charged direct to garment t-shirt printer. Whoa boy, this thing is awesome. Due to the setback and need to purchase a new printer, we're about a week behind on shipping out t-shirt orders. We're very sorry about this... and thank you very VERY much for being so awesomely patient while we work this all out.
But, the biggest news of all is this: we've outgrown our current space. Up until this week, our entire operation was ran out of Joel's living room. Boxes and boxes of product adorned the walls, sofa, chairs, and floor. His lovely (pregnant) wife Renee had finally had enough and told him that we had to go find a new place to work. And with that, Chad scoured Murfreesboro to find just the right spot for our new home. As of this morning, all operations have been moved to our awesome new office/warehouse space. It's taken us a few days to get moved in, and with the recent delivery of our preordered cases... well, let's say that we've been really busy.
Because of all of the chaos due to this growth, some orders have been shipped a day or two later than we originally intended. Again, we super thank you for being patient.
